The Inset event A.L.S. provided for everyone: the importance of reading, the skills needed to read and practical strategies to support children were clearly given along with real life examples, which we will now prioritise for our children. Ana has an engaging and charming delivery style which was enjoyed by all and I highly recommend anyone to seek her advice!"

"...The tests and the coaching I received from Ana was amazing... I am now changing my working practices to allow more time for to write reports and emails. The additional time during my professional exam helped me to pass the exam with a very good pass mark unlike previous exams which I only just managed to pass. I now can progress onto the oral exams and hopefully achieve my goal of a level 6 qualification on the NQF..."

We cannot recommend the services of Ana at ALS highly enough. As a family it was extremely frustrating to watch our son struggle and stumble through education, having never been assessed during primary nor secondary school. His passion is motorsport and we were lucky (and slightly nervous) when he was offered a place on a Motorsport Engineering course at Bridgwater College. We decided to have James assessed by Ana as we hoped that if our son’s hurdles could be identified in some way, that this would offer an additional support mechanism through Further Education. Following the assessment which confirmed dyslexia James’ confidence and achievements have grown and grown. With the correct support in place he not only completed the engineering course, but also retook Math and English GCSEs, raising his grades from Es to Cs. James now has his dream job in motorsport, which would be the envy of many technicians and engineers around the world. This would not have been possible if the correct learning support had not been put in place following the professional assessment of ALS, for which we will always be very grateful. As parents we always told James to reach for the stars and that maybe one day he’d be lucky and land on the moon. Thanks to Ana James took such a huge leap that he jumped right over the moon and has indeed had the stars in his grasp!’ Jo Strachan Director Exminster Garage Ltd We cannot recommend the services of Ana at ALS highly enough.
